I started training at Liverpool Institute of the Performing Arts (LIPA) in September 2008, and graduated in 2011 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Acting (Peforming Arts). My roles at LIPA included: Gregory Gardener in A Chorus Line and Jonas Fogg in Sweeney Todd. I also directed my peers in a musical, The Rink by Kander and Ebb.

I trained part-time at Big Little Theatre School for two years prior to attending full-time training in higher education. During my time with Big Little, I played Eldest Magician in Just So (Regent Centre, Christchurch), Adam/Noah in Children of Eden (Layard Theatre, Wimborne) and Mr Brocklehurst in Jane Eyre (Regent Centre, Christchurch).

Outside of Big Little I built up a wide range of theatrical experience which includes Billy Crocker in Anything Goes (Lighthouse, Poole), Macheath in Threepenny Opera (Courtyard Centre, Bournemouth), Bobby Child in Crazy For You (Lighthouse, Poole), Jack in Into the Woods (The Studio, Poole), Tobias in Sweeney Todd (The Studio, Poole), Ko-Ko in Hot Mikado (The Lighthouse, Poole), Judas in Godspell (The Studio, Poole), Arvide in Guys and Dolls (The Lighthouse, Poole) and then Harry in Guys and Dolls (Barrington Theatre, Ferndown) and Annas in Jesus Christ Superstar (The Studio, Poole). I have also had featured and supporting roles in BBC's Casualty, Channel 4’s Teachers along with other television and commercial roles, which include Privilege Car Insurance and Yell.com.

Directing and appearing in various concerts, revues and musicals, I have now built up an eclectic knowledge and passion for musical theatre and performing arts. After recently completing three years working seasonally for Walt Disney World Entertainment, and then working a contract for Merlin Entertainments I am keen to work in all aspects of the industry and see where my path leads...
